The City of Angels. La-La land. “El- Lay”. Inspired by the city that inspires millions, we present “The Los Angeles” candle sculpture - our most complex candle sculpture yet. Five tealight candle holders seem to float across three long redwood staves, all set on a long piece of exquisite, solid marble. Does it represent a traffic grid, like so many cars on a freeway? Or is it meant to evoke the rows of tall palm trees that line the streets? Or maybe it’s actually a nod to the incredible musical legacy of Los Angeles, like notes on a music staff? The answer, much like the city, itself, is whatever you want it to be. From the South Bay, to the Valley, from the West Side, to the East Side - we love L.A!
